Wow. Came to sit for a minute and study. There are 6 people behind the counter! All I can say is that they are acting like a bunch of 10 year olds, except the gentleman. He actually said that 2 of them shouldn’t work together. It was clear that they were training someone who prolly will act like the rest of them after being trained. I’am hearing stories of stuff not being cleaned and eggs being stuck all over the machine and how “gross” it was. One of the “chatty Kathy’s” sounded like she was crying. I couldn’t figure out what was going on. It was loud and continuous. I finally figured out she was laughing! It was the most annoying thing ever! In the time I’ve been sitting here there were 2 other customers sitting whom looked like they were studying also. They both just got up and left. If I had to take a guess they were as annoyed as I was. Granted this is not a library, but the staff are very unprofessional to say the least (again not the gentleman). As nasty and as sticky as my table is right now, someone should be doing a better job of cleaning. Not sure who runs this place, but I think 6 people are not needed. I saw maybe 6 customers come in from the time I got there. I’ve been here about 30 minutes plus. I would of gotten more coffee, even maybe a sandwich, but couldn’t bear to sit there any longer.

My favorite starbucks location by far! I come here every morning and am greeted by all the amazing baristas! I order a latte and a cappuccino, the drinks are consistent and delicious. I LOVE the staff – they’re always so friendly & welcoming! My in store pick up order is always ready when I come in to get it without fail and every time I visit the drive through, the baristas are kind and have quick service, the line moves very quick! Everyone at this location deserves a raise❤️

I was 6 or more feet from the speaker where you give your order. The person asked for an order, but I couldn’t give one because I was too far away. When I finally got to the place you order, no one answered after many minutes. I decided to go straight to the checkout and order there. Waited there for 10 minutes. The gal said their sensors were broken in the line and that’s why I couldn’t order through the speaker at the menu. When I got to the window and ordered there were 4 people standing around the person taking orders. They were doing nothing. Just chatting about the holidays. I asked the young lady if we should pull ahead while they made our order. The people behind us had been waiting a VERY long time. She said, no, it’s fine. From the time I got in line, to the time I drive away, was 25 minutes. AND! The worst part was that I ordered a decaffeinated drink for my 15 year old. After a short while, it was very clear it wasn’t decaf. She was shaking and felt sick. TERRIBLE experience.

This is usually my go to Starbucks and I just have to say that whoever made my drink this morning, thank you! It was actually made correct and tasted amazing! You guys usually do a great job anyway but kudos to the team this morning. I will add that this location has the friendliest staff and cleanest Starbucks. Keep it up!

Not only should you expect to wait up to 30 minutes at this drive through but you will probably get the wrong order as well. Twice in two weeks I’ve been served the wrong drink. Ordered a Mocha both times, first time I was given a chocolate milk and the second time I was served an iced coffee. Yet both times they didn’t forget to charge me for the mocha. They also like to close at random times, very unreliable. Would not recommend this location.

Extremely fast and accurate! There was a line of cars when I showed up but I was in and out of the drive thru in less than 10 minutes on a weekday morning. The employee working the window and taking orders was very nice. This is one of the better locations I have been to.

Every time I come here I’ll be the first standing in line and all the employees ignore me for a minute or two even though there’s 7 of them. They also do not prioritize the inside orders. I’d probably get my drink faster waiting in the long drive thru line. This has happed like 5 times and I find it rude they blatantly ignore you. terrible service.
