Straight up killed the soul out this place. The outside looks like an abortion clinic. The inside has the vibe of a dentist office, with all the sharp objects removed. The workers looked depressed and soulless and served me the perfect cup of industrialized coffee free of any human error in record-breaking time. The previous vibe felt human, this just feels wrong.

We went here a few mornings while visiting the state fair. Whoever helped me out was the best, I have a complicated order and she showed me a new way to order the same drink that takes off $1.58 in charges. I order Starbucks a lot, so it makes a big difference in the long run. Thank you Starbucks Wauwatosa!

I don’t mind this starbucks most of the time, but I’ve had uncomfortable interactions with the store manager at least 4 times, including once when she interrupted a conversation I was having with a friend to ask us what we were talking about. She seems confrontational and makes me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable in this store.

I ordered a coffee frappuccino, something I have ordered dozens of times at other locations, and it wasn’t sweet at all. It tasted like cold black coffee. When I went back and asked them to remake it, I was told that it was made correctly, as a coffee frappuccino is just blended cold coffee. The ingredients on line literally state that it has coffee syrup… first ingredient SUGAR! Who the hell is working here?

The Starbucks on Mayfair just north of the Mayfair Mall presents a real traffic hazard. I have only patronized this Starbucks a single time and will never go back. They have persistent traffic issues, with customers lined up blocking the parking lot for people wanting to go to other businesses. Sometimes, the traffic goes into Mayfair and creates a traffic hazard for this busy city arterial. The landlord really should do something to help the other business owners in this complex. I hesitate to shop there because of the problems that the Starbucks creates.

It was really busy the day I went in but the baristas on staff were AMAZING! The communicated the wait times, kept customers waiting updated on how long it’d be for their orders to be up and they were really nice and professional. I was thoroughly impressed with the service as busy as they were! Would absolutely recommend this location!!
