When I went there, it was me and one other customer in line mid order and the worker says that he is closing after that one person. I don’t even have a chance to say or do anything and I get pushed away. There was no one even around us and he doesn’t even take my order. Also right now when I went there, it was 10:45 am and the closing time is 11pm. I understand worker shortages but I was the only other person in line.

Not their fault. I rolled up after shopping to grab a bag of Sumatra beans. Found what I needed and stood in line to pay. The barista said, “I’m sorry, I just took the money out of the register. You can scan that up there.”. I was using a Starbucks gift card so that wouldn’t work. It was a few minutes past 7 and I didn’t know the closing time.

This post is actually a month old but thought I would share. Ordered a pikes coffee, regular coffee. Barista gave it to me stone cold. I gave it back and my wife saw her using the steamer to try to warm it up. What a useless waste of a young teenage girl. To stinking lazy to brew a fresh pot or simply tell me it wasn’t gonna happen. Will not be back

Unless you are retired, or have no plans with your day and don’t value your time, do not attempt to get product from here. 4 employees with two customers waiting in line, and after 12 minutes and no movement in the line I left. It’s hard to spend money these days.

Yet again they were out of something my little girl wanted a cake pop and they were out at 12pm. Four people working and didn’t even wash their hands getting up from the table they were all sitting. Either they’re closed when they’re supposed to be open or out of stuff. I have reported them to the Starbucks corporate office let’s see if that helps!

Never know if someone is actually working here. The size of the drinks is smaller but you pay the same price as larger sizes at regular stores.

Second time I’ve gone to this location and both times they made me a horrible toasted white chocolate mocha. Both times the first drink they gave me, the drink was white and they didn’t add enough coffee. Both times when they remade, it was gross. Honestly, I will never go to this location again. I’ve had this drink a bunch of times, I know what it tastes like and looks like and this is not it. I’m actually shocked they’re allowed to serve this specific drink without any knowledge of how it’s made.
