ordered my birthday drink online, literally everything about it is wrong you can tell by LOOKING at it it’s wrong. no caramel drizzle on top, barely any on the sides, cookie pieces instead of chips, clearly not an ESPRESSO FRAPPE. I can taste the mocha sauce. the directions are right there. make people’s drinks right PLEASE.

This has to be the WORST Starbucks with the most incompetent people. Drinks are always poorly made and never ready when you order ahead. The drive through takes 30 minutes. They workers are not friendly and have zero common sense.

I ❤️ this place especially when I have to go into the office. The drive into the office is long and frustrating with all the slow drivers. But, sipping whatever coffee I bought that day takes the stress of driving away. I can’t comment on the food because I’ve never tried it. I like their coffee very much. So, go get a book and a coffee from Starbucks, and Enjoy!

I will come back. Tried their new Apple Crisp Oatmilk macchiato! I shared with the barista that I like it a little on the sweet side so they put a couple extra pumps and it was amazing. Service was good accurate and fast.

Slowest service EVER! Inefficient system. Menu too close to service window, so you order and you’re at the window in seconds. There’s no time for them to prepare the food, so there’s a lot of waiting at the window. Barista seemed very efficient tho.

I order in the drive thru and order 1 large Iced Coffee on July 3rd then when I got to the window an Asian girl greeted me.. mind me I just had a spray tan done which made my face very very dark, which doesn’t stay that way.. at the end of the day it lightens up after a shower.. well I heard her say to the girl look look at her face then laughed… then the girl making drinks eventually turned to look but was doing it discreetly but I knew what she was doing… anyway… I paid and even tipped and once she handed my drink, and I was pulling away slowly, she busted out laughing very loud…. that was so unprofessional and disrespectful.. made me feel awful and was very hurtful… I will NOT go back to that location again even though I tan right next door…
