They did not give me what I requested and the drink tasted like pure milk. I do not recommend this starbucks to anyone. I would rather wait in line at the drive through Starbucks to get a better tasting drink.

This is my favorite Starbucks. Megan is the sweetest barista ever and even knows my order when I walk in. Since it’s in the middle of a Hy-Vee you kind of have to expect that it’s going to be busy, but she always has my drink on time with the best attitude. I highly recommend this Starbucks spot to anyone! It’s a gem in this Hy-Vee especially when the other Starbucks’ can’t get certain things in.

Every time I go in it’s a great experience. They memorize my order and the other week I went in for groceries and stopped at Starbucks on my way out and they already had a drink made knowing I’d stop by. 10/10 and the lady always there is fantastic.

I always go to this Starbucks because it’s right next to my home, and normally I love it! But today when I went, I was “helped” by a girl named Kasey. I put helped in quotations because she never once greeted me, she just kind of starred at me until I said what I wanted. When we first came to the counter, she was washing dishes. We continued waiting at the counter for around 2 minutes before she walked over to us. She did not say a single word to me during our entire interaction, even when she was done making the drink, I said “thank you!” And she just starred at me again saying nothing. Kasey needs to work on her customer service skills. Normally I would give 5 stars
