I usually go to the other store because it has a drive-thru but this one has the best cups. A lot of people collect and they always seem to have the best selection. And the girls that were working a few Saturdays ago were so amazing, they truly went above and beyond for me. The only problem is that you cannot redeem stars or tip through the app, which are the only things I would change.

Disappointed in the lack of customer service with this Starbucks location. We ordered two chai’s with almond milk and espresso. When we tried our drinks, they tasted like 95% almond milk with no chai flavor. We kindly asked the barista named Grace to remake our drinks and the second time, they still tasted like a cup of almond milk and I’m pretty sure she didn’t include the espresso shots that we paid for. Usually not a big deal to us but if we’re paying $14 for two drinks I would expect better quality. Don’t waste your time at this location.

I usually love this Starbucks and have always had a great experience! In this case, there was absolutely nothing wrong with my drink, but with the customer service. When I went in, there were two teenage girls working and were standing talking. When I approached the counter, they body scanned me and then glared. I kindly asked for my drink and the one behind the register replies “… that’s it?” In a ridiculously snobby tone. While I’m waiting for my drink the two teenage girls keep talking and when it was done, the same girl from the register slides the drink onto the counter, says my name, and then tosses the straw at me. No thank you or kindness what so ever.

Consistent poor experience with service AND coffee. FIFO apparently is no longer a standard, nor is taking ownership of a mistake. Coffee blends come out sub-standard and an overt lack of pride is apparent. Fortunately, this is not the global issue at Starbucks in HyVee…but it certainly is the standard st this one. I will not be returning.

Fairly priced and great coffee. Sometimes the line is a little long and it blocks people in the store, but it’s not the worst. A queue would be kinda nice at times, but not a necessity. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

Horriable service again my cup 3/4 full asked why as alwaus had excuse that the foam does that however last time I didn’t order with foam. Doesnt matter I pay alot for a full cup. They offered me more ice wow never a again 2nd time in a week!!
