i like this location. I drink coffee here every day, I usually order and get it at the store. Sometimes because I’m busy I get my coffee a little late. and the ice in the coffee was almost melted, I asked the staff for more ice, she took my excuse to see what I ordered and she said if she wants more ice next time order extra ice, but with an unfriendly attitude. I just feel disrespected. Except for her, I still love this shop

This location is INCREDIBLY busy, so I usually mobile order way in advance to plan accordingly. When I do have the chance to order in-person, the baristas are excellent, friendly & engaging. I’m so happy to finally have an awesome Starbucks in my community! The baristas are always working as quickly as they can, while customers stand around & glare at them… so I try to go out of my way to smile & thank the baristas! Thanks for being wonderful, lovely people, Baldwin & Main baristas!

Ordered using mobile app, my food order was ready approximately 15 minutes before my drink order, so my food was cold. With technology, SB, could coordinate your order so all food items are ready at the same time. Moreover, SB could provide feedback via the app for your order status or a display at the store to see were your order is in the queue. The store is so busy and not staffed properly, resulting in poor customer service when you ask about your order.

Very disappointed. Not only did the drive thru line take forever. Nobody was even at the window for 5 min. And on top of that I ordered the sugar cookie drink and it was $8 so I get to the window and they say they don’t have the sugar cookie syrup… I should’ve been told that when I was ordering so I said I’d do brown sugar instead and still made me pay $8 even though it wasn’t a holiday flavor. Not very happy.

I always have great experiences here and my favorite part has to be the staff. I’ve never had a bad encounter with anyone. A special shout out to Rue and Maya. Maya today was very kind and accommodating with my brother. He’s on the spectrum and I was nervous he wouldn’t like the drink he originally wanted (he just pointed to a picture) so at the window I asked Mayas opinion and she gave us the run down. She made a drink she’d think he’d like and he loved it. thank you:) Also Rue is always so kind and has the best drink recommendations!

This Starbucks location runs like a well oiled machine. They are always busy, and always friendly. The staff here makes sure your order is great every time. I sometimes go in for pick up, sometime go through the drive-thru. Either way, it’s always a good experience. Caleb stands out as one of the most friendly baristas I’ve ever met. Really, all the staff here is awesome. They answer questions, make nice suggestions on drinks and always keep cool no matter how busy it gets. I’d give them more stars if it were an option.
