I went in around 4 PM, and they seemed pretty busy. One of the tables needed wiped, and the workers were pretty focused on making drinks. I ordered pumpkin chai with no water, and it is pretty good! Not sure of their hours, as it isn’t posted on their building yet. I’ll probably be back in the future, but there aren’t many spots for a bigger group to meet (one table of 3 and a bunch of smaller tables), so I’ll go elsewhere in town if I am meeting with a group.

My tea was like water because they used lukewarm water and put the cream in prior to the water. Tea needs to steep a bit. I stood waiting for nearly ten minutes which was plenty of time for the tea to steep.

Never had a bad experience, not ever at my usual location. The Angola, IN location knows exactly what they’re doing. But because I’ve been doing a lot of business here in Sturgis. I’ve been coming here as a time saver, and it’s been a complete disaster time and time again. The employees here tend to know more about lying around, especially on counters with their feet in the air. Some, not all know what they’re doing, most do not and the tables always seem to be dirty everytime I visit.

Almost everyone there always make the BEST drinks! Except the male named “Liz” . He makes the nastiest drinks every time (probably does it on purpose when he sees me) & has the WORST attitude! Very rude to me every time I go. I don’t know how he even still has his job there. His co-workers even feel on the edge when working with him as a few have actually expressed that with me as a customer. I’ve seen him get snappy & rude with a co-worker in front of multiple customers. Very unprofessional little wanna be “diva” . I would like to find out his schedule so I know when NOT to go. Lol. Still giving it 4 stars though because if it wasn’t for him the place would be perfect.

Leah (bartista) is Rude!!!!!! I’m a dedicated customer and to be disrespected the way she did is wrong. She is in the wrong line of business, her attitude does not belong in customer service. The Bartista’s put the wrong tags on cups, then got agitated when they had to correct customer orders. Not one time did myself or the other customer who got wrong drinks, say anything negative nor disrespectful to be treated the way she did. I will NEVER go back unless it is with the morning staff.
