I was with a friend. They messed up his order. The manager made him wait in line to reorder, and then charged him the difference. It took him an extra 20 min to get his drink. No one apologized. They were about it rude too as though he was trying to steal 85 cents from corporate. He’d even tipped a dollar before the drama unfolded. The person who made the initial mistake was fine. The manager was a problem. As it goes.

Even on a really busy day, most of them were working super hard to keep up. I thought they were doing pretty darn good overall. Will return again the next time I’m on 96.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for about a year and a half now, and I just wanna say how great the staff is there! I’ve become a “regular” there and I’ve acquainted and created a special bond with a few of the employees, they’re just so sweet and kind! Not to mention, their employees never fail to amaze me with their skills, I get mainly 1 drink and they always make it perfectly the way I like it! I’ve never really had any issues with ordering my drink at this location, therefore this store gets a 5/5 star rating from me! (it’s been a few months since I’ve been coming here but I went in today 3-13-23 to use my stars for a free coffee and they were quite happy to see me after a while and they even remembered my drink before I even had to say it myself!) if you want great customer service, you’ll definitely find it here!

The drive thru is a bit of a hassle having another store there with it, people do cut in, but the baristas we have come into contact with have always been great to us! Even our little Starbucks mini! She loves being spoiled with a cream cup.

This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Their drive thru service times (wait) was over half an hour. Going inside to place the order was no better, the service was super poor and the person making the drinks kept messing them up (putting DT drinks on the front service counter, making wrong order for what was listed on the top). On top of all that, if you went through the drive thru, there was someone standing outside harassing people for money.

Stopped in at this Starbucks location for a meeting and enjoyed my visit. The store is a bit on the smaller side, but still a very clean store and the staff was super friendly. I got a pour over and it was actually really tasty. The only downside is some of the plugs on one part of the store suddenly stopped working and so I had to shift to another seat. All in all a good experience.

The baristas are usually very friendly, i find a reoccurring problem though… the drinks are never filled up all the way. I get the whipped cream can melt so there might be a small gap but it looks as if someone took a huge sip from it.

start off, long time manager is a good guy and cares about his store but good help is it hard to find I assume these days. Some/couple of the bartenders flat out dont care, slow and unfortunately rude as the one I had today was. I will say not all the employees are bad as there is a couple long term ones I can think of that are super cool. This isnt justba Starbucks thing as CS has recently tanked over the past 2.5 years. Ill return as always because the products taste good as they should for the price. A+ local management, D- Corporate.
