The marshmallow soup alone is reason enough to visit. The goat cheese marshmallows are impossibly fluffy without taking over the carrot bisque soup. Everything here feels thoughtful and refined. There are painted rocks behind the booth seats, no paper towels in the restrooms and instead cloth napkins (torchons) that are washed.
They bring out bread first thing. It is warm, and crusted with whipped. It Paired well with a beautifully balanced Riesling served in a short French style wine glass.
What truly elevated the experience was the service. Our waitress was attentive without hovering, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm. Every recommendation felt considered, and the pacing allowed us to enjoy each course without feeling rushed.
This is the kind of French restaurant that reminds you why technique, quality ingredients, and thoughtful hospitality matter. Quietly impressive, deeply satisfying. I will absolutely be back.

My husband and I went here for the first time recently. In all fairness, I don’t think we are soufflé lovers, and it was first experience at dining at a Souffle’ restaurant together. Our waitress was very nice and we would give her a four, however, as a whole, we weren’t really crazy about the food. We did like some things better than others and we’ll share them here. I ordered the crab soufflé, and although I’m a crab lover, I immediately knew I didn’t like it. My husband, being the gentleman he is, switched his soufflé with mine and ate it. It did taste like a fried crabcake to me and I guess I was expecting something different from that. I do like some crabcakes, but fried seafood is not my favorite. I also got the French Onion Soup and would give that about a four. It wasn’t the most flavorful tasting French Onion Soup I’ve ever had, but it wasn’t the worst either and it seemed to be cooked well. I also ordered the Bread Pudding Souffle for a dessert and I’m glad the sauce came with it, I would give that between a three and a four. My husband got the Marshmallow Soup and he would give it a 3 1/2. He said it was unusual, but it was good. He ordered the Ham and Gruyère Soufflé and really liked that one. He would give it a four and I would give that one a four also. That’s actually the one I ended up eating and I’m glad he got it. For dessert, he ordered the Bananas Foster Soufflé and would give that a four. He liked the flavor profile of that. I was disappointed they did not have bottled water because that is something I not only enjoy, but filtered water is something I need to drink. If they had sparkling water, I can’t really drink that either and so I was disappointed there. I don’t think we’d ever go back there again, but in all fairness, I don’t think that we are soufflé lovers. I might enjoy it more for brunch, I don’t know.

The excellent service was very friendly, prompt, and professional. The dining area was nicely decorated and had a peaceful ambiance. The “marshmallow” soup with goat cheese marshmallows was unique and delicious. The herb and spicey sausage soufflé and the creamed spinach soufflé were savory delights. The chocolate soufflé with warm chocolate sauce was decadent but not too sweet. The flight of French red wines included nice examples of a Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc, Bordeaux, and Cotes du Rhone. Parking in the nearby garage was free & convenient.

Rise has been on our “restaurants to try” list for a while and it did not disappoint. Outstanding food and service. They have a prix fixe menu on Saturdays and we both had different options for the courses to try everything.
We had soup to start- French onion for me and their signature Marshmallow soup for hubby. Both were hot, rich, delicious and so satisfying. For the main course, we had crab soufflé and mushroom truffle. Yum! Best course of all was dessert…and I usually prefer savory. We had pecan soufflé with the most amazing Carmel sauce I’ve ever tasted and the raspberry, also just stellar. Not cheap, but worth the time and money.
Cute, quaint decor, low key ambiance, and Stephanie was the perfect server. Lovely, lovely little lunch date.

I absolutely love this place. My husband and I come here very often! I also come by myself sometimes as a sweet treat to myself. It’s such a cozy little restaurant in the middle of all the high end neighbors.
There’s complimentary French bread and whipped butter for the table. Comes out warm and fresh out the oven.
I usually always get the steak and vegetables dish (I forget what it’s called). It’s absolutely delicious and the bearnaise sauce just makes it perfection!
All of their sweet soufflés are amazing! My favorite is the raspberry one. Every month they have a different seasonal soufflé which makes me want to just come back for more!
Great little date spot, as well.

Absolutely loved this place! Hands down the best French onion soup I’ve ever had — rich, flavorful, and just perfect. The Chardonnay apricot iced tea was unique and really tasty. Even the sparkling water felt fancy in that pretty glass!
The decor is classic French and just so, so pretty. Every single staff member we interacted with was genuinely friendly and welcoming — you can tell they care. We had soufflés (so full of flavor!) and a crème brûlée that was just the right amount of sweet. Everything about the experience felt thoughtful and relaxed. Already planning to come back!

The unique front door of the establishment sets the stage for the culinary experience to come. “Marshmallow Soup” as an appetizer came highly recommended by the staff and did not disappoint. I was skeptical of the dish to say the least but it all makes sense once you taste it. Heavenly.
The soufflés, their namesake and deservedly so, were wonderful. Everyone at the table had a favorite of their own which made splitting the entrees even more fun. My favorite bite of the night came from the praline pecan soufflé. I was blown away when the staff knew where the pecans were sourced from. Our table was so complimentary that one of the chefs came by to thank us for stopping in. The entire experience felt incredibly curated and unique thanks to the wonderful staff and the equally inventive and flavorful dishes they’re serving up.

This place is a whole vibe! I met up here with my book club girls. I got the smoked salmon souflee and the banana foster souflee.
The flavors in both were really good. I just don’t think I’m a souflee kinda girl.
However the atmosphere, service, and drinks I tasted were so so good! I would definitely go back and get something else on the menu. Oh also the cheese plate they had was so very good. I like that it gives an opportunity to try something I’ve never had.

We had the ham and cheese soufflé and pesto cheese soufflé. The Ham was the BEST. Very well made and served by the nicest waitress. French pressed coffee is excellent. Little bottles (tiny) are $4.50 EACH. That was excessive for Diet Coke. The French Onion soup was just like the ones I had in Paris. Bread came with a lovely unsalted butter. The place was charmingly decorated.
