Dragon fruit Drink (left ) and the famous Pink Drink (right) I personally like the Dragon drink better. It’s got coconut milk and dragon fruit. Idk if they put anything else inside. They are both slappin’ though.

Placed a mobile order 15+ mins ahead. The drink I ordered was ready but I was still waiting on a sandwich. I’ve never seen anyone there smile so that just tells you how much they enjoy their jobs. The girl making coffee was doing most of the work. The lady in the back that’s supposed to be taking care of hot foods was scrambling, doing the most and yet producing the least. This place has really gone downhill with staff. I walked out because I’m not about to wait over 20 mins now for a sandwich that’s probably still not even in the oven yet.

Second, worst Starbucks in Genesee county. I order a mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino every time because I love the texture. But the employees continue to make my drink as if it’s just a regular iced coffee. What’s the point of even ordering a Frappuccino at this point? Called the manager to let her know, I didn’t want anything in return, no refund, etc. Will likely not be going here for a coffee anymore because I’m not going to pay $10 for a coffee plus a tip to get something that I didn’t order

Today is not my first day at this Starbucks, basically I have been coming here for a month EVERYDAY! , I need to study for USMLE board exams which is very though so I always need to have my iced brown sugar shaken espresso ☕️ ☕️ grande beside me to get me through all this! I live in Flint but since the Miller road starbucks was closed for a while I drove 10 miles every day after work to this place to study. Every single day the stuff were nice, kind and trough with orders, I had the best iced coffee, hot matcha latte and caramel frappuccino of my life here. I am a Starbucks addict and a picky one when it comes to my coffee! and they passed the test every single day!

Typically don’t go to Starbucks because I don’t care to spend $10 on a coffee. Tried this place 3yrs ago, and had a bad experience. Gave it another try again today. When you pay $10 for a HOT coffee, at the very least, you expect it to be hot. This thing was lukewarm at best. This is just another reason why I don’t frequent this place. Very disappointed to see nothings changed in 3 years.

Usually I love this location as I drive out of my way just to come here so I actually get my drink the way I like. But… lately they have not had certain toppings or flavors and I always order ahead and pay through the app. So when I pickup my chestnut praline Frappuccino and its bitter with no flavor, I’m definitely going to be disappointed! The line is too long to go back through so Usually I just leave it alone. Today I decided to call and ask if the are out of cascara and praline topping (those are what you could clearly see were not on my drink that I ordered extra of) and the lady told me yes they were all out. If that’s true, shouldn’t they not be selling the praline drink? Or more so… update the app? I’m not someone that complains, as I’ve left and kept going without bothering with it many times. But after I called I realized that I accidently asked the lady if there was no praline, when I meant to ask about the other two extra toppings, because there was infact light praline topping on my drink (I order extra on three toppings). So the lady lied to me. Yes I know her name as she answered the phone she told me, but I’m not that kind of person. I’m just disappointed since I drive to this one when I have 2 others that are closer. Get it together GB location.. update that app!
