My drink is STILL WATERY Right off the bat. Also … WIPE DOWN YOUR COUNTERS! Including the napkin area people. After waiting for my drink, wondering why it was taking so long, I had plenty of time to look around and it’s gross. And when you make mistakes, don’t just bribe someone with a whole $8 worth of next-time‐you-come-in garbage coupons. Communicate with the customer if you’re questioning why they haven’t picked up their drink when it’s sitting there and he’s looked at it numerous times but not taken it. I kept wondering why they were looking at me like that and it isn’t my thing. I also can’t remember the last time this place got my order done correctly. When it was kind of affordable a few years ago, it was ok to mess up here and there. Now? Forget about it. I’m not coming back unless a manager or company rep somehow contacted me. Good luck with that, I suppose

This is my go to Starbucks when my daughter has ballet class nearby or we’re doing our weekly Costco trip. The. Customer service is phenomenal! A gentleman that works there heard my daughter say she likes pink and he made her a pink frappuccino. It literally made her day! She was so excited and I was so grateful that this employee took the time to pay attention to her and make her visit special.

Came in with an impromptu mid afternoon drink order for our office. They made all 7 drinks in under 15 minutes, the batista taking the order was so patient and kind, he ensured that all the drink orders were correct and had them placed in cup holders for an easier transit. We were beyond impressed with not only the speed but especially the quality of service.
