Interesting: I walked in to a location where I was the only counter customer. Waited around 6 minutes to get order in then twenty-two minutes for drinks. I watched lines of drive-thru vehicles come and go. I finally approached to advise them that I’d been waiting for an extended period and they put a rush on my order.

I called in today at 5:43 am to see if they had their chai sauce since they’ve been out this week. I spoke with a gentleman and explained I wanted a iced pumpkin cream chai latte, he said that they had it now BUT they were short staffed due to “sickness” and the were opening until “later” I asked what time. He said 6:15 am. So I got there at 6:20, drive thru was blocked that said “drive thru down” so I parked and went in. There was one girl and the gentleman working inside. The girl told me they are only doing mobile order because they can’t access their computers… then how do they get the mobile orders? And why didn’t the gentleman inform me of this on the phone? And I tried to ored my iced pumpkin cream chai tea latte but in the app it was marked as sold out, just like every pumpkin drink. Very disappointed in this location.

Lady at the drive thru charged me once. Then asked me to as a tip, then charged me again for another persons order. I nicely asked why it gave me a completely different price but she gave me attitude and took my card to charge me again when she said shed cancel and redo. Thanks.

If you’re going to advertise ALL DAY BREAKFAST then it should be ALL DAY. And how is a PRIME COFFEE ESTABLISHMENT continuously OUT of cold brew coffee? Pretty sure the managers should be making sure that NEVER happens. Plus half the time when you do get coffee they don’t put everything you ask for it in there. So over this location.

My food was burnt, the drinks weren’t made to the order that I ordered. I also paid for extra stuff in the drinks and didn’t even receive that in the drinks and I also put a cold cup on my order and they refused to give me the cup I paid for they gave me a fruit and veggie smoothie drink instead which me nor my children will drink. They tried saying they didn’t have that cup available when it was sitting on the shelf with five of the same cups I ordered in my Mobil order.
