I ordered a blended matcha latte, but they made me a matcha Frappuccino, which had three pumps of classic syrup and crème!! I hate syrup and I don’t eat cream in the morning, that’s the reason I just ordered a green tea latte. They just made everything that I don’t want (and also waste my money and time)! I was going to be late for my class so I just threw it into the trash bin. I understand you guys are busy but please do it correctly next time…

Lovely new interior. Not possible to find a seat anymore since there is less seating with the new setup. I do not want to compete with other customers over the spots or stand in the middle of the shop waiting for a seat. Unhappy.

I ordered a cloud macchiato, and what I got was a drink with barely any foam, with what looks like curdled milk on the side for like $5 and change. It was undrinkable. Normally I like ordering from here but this was a huge disappointment. A waste of time and money.

Picking up for UBER delivery is pain here and stressful…The order is in front of you getting cold but it takes 15 to 20 minutes to pick it up the workers does not acknowledge you here and kept ignoring you … I am so forced to give zero star I don’t even do reviews… please Starbucks if you’re listening fix it is simple just have a shelf only for delivery pick up just like chipotle until then I’m not accepting any Starbucks order at this location
