I’m not much on the food they have although my Daughter loves it. We both love a few of their drinks. The one we have here there is no dine- in. You can go in to order or you can just go through the drive-thru which is what we do.

The coffee is not the same and the staff was so busy breaking down for closing two hours early to provide a quiet atmosphere. Lots of yelling and loud laughter to create the “third place” atmosphere we could get 20 years ago…not one comfy chair. And half the dining area is full of product boxes and feels like available seating in a storage room. Disgraceful! A far cry from the Starbucks I used to work at and enjoy previously.

Every time I’ve gone thriv drive through recently, they have gotten my order wrong. It doesn’t matter if I order through the app or not. They are always forgetting the add-ins that I paid extra to get. I didn’t get any of the add-ins I asked for today and I was in a hurry. This was the second time I bought coffee at this location in a month. Both times orders were wrong. The coffee was old and not even close to being newly made. They acted like a pour over of a different blend was just way too much work on their part. The service was worse than horrible. I wouldn never recommend anyone buying a drink from this horrible wretched location. Starbucks is so disappointing now. I’ll fix ny own at home. So sad. And American institution in the Gutter.

Aurya (I hope I spelled that right) and there’s another girl (red hair) that work in the mornings. I absolutely adore them! I enjoy all the staff I’ve dealt with and my drinks are always just right. I’m a pretty regular customer in the mornings and they always make me smile. I appreciate their attention to detail, courtesy and kindness! Whether it be my super extra drink for my caramel Frappuccino with all my substitutes or my latte with caramel but always a water and a protein box they’re always so sweet about my orders. ❤️ my favoriteStarbucks! !

This is a decent place, much like all Starbucks. However when it’s busy it can get a bit dirty. The bathrooms are always decent too good. The music can be too loud, though after I complained about it in the original version of this review it seemed like they adjusted it.

I love, love their “Medicine Ball” tea!! I think it’s Citrus Ginger Mint Tea, sooo good!! It’s made with lemonade, I can’t get enough of it!! I had a piece of pumpkin bread that was dense and moist, so yummy!!

You can never go wrong getting Starbucks. I enjoy the Butterbeer frappe from the secret menu. You will have to give them the ingredients for this but very yummy. Never disappoints.
