I dont drink coffee but I stop here for my daughter on our way to work. She ordered ahead so we aren’t late. Twice now this locations app says the drink is ready and it’s not. We have to wait and end up late to work. What is the point of the order ahead app if it’s not going to be accurate??

I’ve been going to this location for years, and sadly this will be the last time, they used to make my drinks good most of the time, but for the past few months they have been making my drinks wrong 90% of the time, it’s either they barely fill up my cup they burn the expresso badly, or they don’t put in the main ingredients. The picture down below is one of the times I went and my cup was not filled, it looked worse in person, whenever I go through the drive through, it almost always takes 30 minutes to an hour just to get up to the window and recieve my order.

This is the closest Starbucks to my house, but due to the drink quality I’ve completely stopped going to this location. Every drink was coming out wrong (missing ingredients), or didn’t taste right. I switched drinks and still had the same problem. Now I go to the Starbucks inside Martins or Target and rarely ever have a bad drink

I don’t know why this place has bad reviews. They were so kind, made our drinks PERFECTLY and everything was super quick in drive thru. I’m a barista at an east coast location and you can tell they they follow drink recipes to the T. To all of the people who are complaining about the small amount of foam, ask for light ice or get a grande drink in a venti cup with foam.

I fought the Starbucks craze for many years until I got a $50 gift card…now, I am obsessed with the Pink Drink. This is a very busy Starbucks. I have noticed they prioritize drive thru before people who go in and order. They do work very hard. I suggest ordering ahead online for a quick pick up.
