The coffee is great, but I prefer if the baristas don’t whisper about customers while making their drinks, it isn’t a good look. “White Conservative Men” can like coffee too! I don’t want to fully repeat what that young woman said about a customer, but you should get the jist.

I don’t like what they’re doing with the newly renovated stores, like this one. When I make a trip to Starbucks, I like to have the full “Starbucks” experience. Nice comfortable chairs, long tables for meetings, a display case with all the available bakery items and the ability to add my cream and Splenda to my taste. I understand why the condiments have been removed from the seating area, but I still miss those amenities.

I always order the same drinks. The weekend is a problem. When I have the time I go back but when I don’t I just take it and call it a day. Grande no ice, decaf drink. I went back, and they gave me a tall. After I repeated the order. ♀️

This is by far the best Starbucks in NWI. Everyone is so friendly and when waiting in line they actually engage in conversation. They have suggested amazing drinks and upgrades. It’s so nice to have a neighborhood coffee shop feel at a big chain. Great job whoever hires such wonderful staff.
