I ordered on the mobile app yesterday, and my drink was wrong. By the time I realized it, I was too far away to go back and do anything about it, but I did go in today to request a remake. One of my favorites is a venti mocha, and the Vt on the label is very often confused for Wt (see photo), so they will make a white mocha instead (which I hate). It’s not just this store – it’s happened at least once at every location that I frequent. Very common and very frustrating for me. Anyway, when I requested a remake, Michael was very friendly and accommodating and got me the drink I’d ordered, even though it was from the previous day. It means a lot that they made an effort to make it right, so I just wanted to say thanks!

Did not know how to make a decaf caramel Frappuccino. Gave me a vanilla Bean frap with Carmel on top. Said that was the way they make it. I’ve gotten that drink 30+ times and never had any issues.
