My s/o ordered something a few days ago no problem at this location. She went today at 12:45 PM. Her order is a cold brew with sugar free cold foam. She went to another Starbucks and they made it without question. The way the workers (manager) treated her was horrible. She left feeling extremely upset.

The drinks are always good when I go here. I was kinda upset because usually I’m n and out of there. This time however when I went in there was only 1 person before me everyone else has been helped. And I ordered my daughter n I a caramel ribbon crunch. It took almost 15mins 4 them 2 get our drinks 2 us. And I asked 4 extra caramel n both, and there wasn’t barley any. I hope that they don’t take this long all the time. And they don’t start skimping on the extras that i paid 4.

Terrible attitudes. Not friendly. Didn’t make drinks right. Asked them to remake it correctly. They took the drink back, with my straw and everything. Scraped off the whip and was about to Reblend the drink!! After I took a drink! Hello, cross contamination… I asked them to not do that and just remake. They had awful attitudes. I was polite and friendly. Management should take action.

Hate to give this place one star 🙁 everything went well. Ordered through the drive-thru and the drink looked fine. Once I was on the road I took a sip and it tastes nothing like the drink. I got a iced sugar cookie, it just tastes like the milk and espresso, no flavor. Even after shaking it up. I was already on the road and idk how to get a refund :/ Im sure it may have been a new barista or something, but the drink costs too much for me not to say something

I live in West Chester but this store is my favorite! When I place my Strawberry Refresher order, I requested light ice, made with water and extra Strawberry base. This location ALWAYS get it perfect!!! My West Chester store is hit or miss. Most times I get a cup full of ice and watered down drink!
