I paid 12 something dollars for 2 frappes with a 15 dollar gift card. I gave 3 dollar tip before I got my order which I regret. The girl in the window took the card, scanned it and gave me the drinks. The caramel ribbon crunch frappe had no caramel in the drink and tasted like straight vanilla. And then she got back to work without giving me back my card. When I asked about it she looked at me like I was stupid and said there was nothing left. I didn’t say anything because I already was in a bad mood but I’m very upset.

Stopped for a coffee today. Drive up cashier was rude beyond words, dis not a knowledge us just barked an amount at us. Handed one drink and thanks have a good day. We sat there trying to get her attention foe the other drink she walked away. Her replacement was equally as rude. I do not recommend as the service has been getting g increasingly bad.

Stop blocking traffic there is a full parking lot available line shouldn’t be in the street. Local pd should sit down at this location and give out tickets to everyone who does, don’t even have to work hard.

Drinks always inconsistent at this location and they are very slow if you decide to order as a walk-in rather than drive thru. Staff was also super loud and goofing around to the point that the cashier had to ask the name for our order multiple times. Way more worth it to drive to the location in Green.

All of my experiences have been great here. Everybody has been incredibly sweet and I always have a smile on my face whenever I leave. The coffee has always been fantastic, as well. I’ve only ever had one exceptionally long wait, and they made up for it, although I knew they were just doing their best.

Pretty standard Starbucks location. The employees are usually pretty speedy making drinks, and they’re always very kind and nice, even on days when they are very busy/overwhelmed. This location is frequently busy due to it’s placement in Hartville, but once again the baristas always do their best and handle customer rushes very well. The inside seating is spacious and feels very open, not as clostrophobic as some other locations feel.
