This location is the best location in my opinion. All the ladies are very patient kind and courteous. They have long lines but these women work so hard to get your drink to you in a timely monitor. What I notice the most is their team work. They even have someone outside and take your order at times to speed it up. I’m in a rush in the morning and I’m very impressed how fast they get my coffee. I drive 20 minutes the opposite direction to come here because when I go to Howe ave I wait all that time and they still get my order wrong. At Howe ave I order a 5/4 white lightning they don’t even mix the white mocha so it’s thick with nothing but sweetener. just rush through and guess what they end up making it over and over wasting product and wasting time. People spend 5.45 for a 5/4 they don’t mind paying for as long as it’s made right. I appreciate so much all the employees on graham rd because they make my day every morning. Thank you ❤️ always great customer service.

Probably the finest Starbys in all the land. This is all thanks to the most excellent staffing of baristas. I mean it’s built different and everything, seating x lighting x playlist, etc. It’s the food service that makes this Starbucks the best, second to none. Especially Karisa. She must have super powers or something. 10/10 strong suggest getting coffee at this location particularly when Karisa is there ong ong also Starbucks has honey did you know

Love this location! Of course their drinks (and snacks) are good, I mean; it’s Starbucks after all. What really makes this location special are their batistas. They are always kind and pleasant, I’ve called the general manager to tell her how awesome her managers and staff are. Really, it is the best Starbucks and it’s only 2 minutes from my house! It gets busy but they work quick. It’s such a pleasure going here

I went inside the building of location # 14302. I ordered a grande size hot Cafe Americano. No one was ahead of me waiting for thier order. My coffee was barely room temperature. Inexcusable❗ This is what happens when you do not taste your drink before leaving. How in the hell this happened is beyond me.

WHAT? I ordered a bagel and coffee the other day on Uber Eats. Store is out of bagels. No problem, I’ll just get my money back for the bagel. Delivery person calls and says they won’t give me a “refund”, they’d rather give me a gift card. I say I’d prefer a refund, delivery person says they’re refusing.

I really don’t like leaving bad reviews, and I usually really enjoy this Starbucks. It doesn’t have the best location for entering and exiting and sometimes wait times are a bit long, but they have a bunch of really great people working there who work really hard to get people in and out. I seldom mobile order, but today I decided to use my stars to place a mobile order for a cup. It said it was in stock, I ordered it, 10 min go by and Starbucks notifies me it’s ready. 10 min drive, 20 min wait in line, and I get to the window and they say the cup is out of stock, but if I *want* a refund I can have one. I’m only upset because it would have been nice to not wait 30 minutes to find that out, and I wish the order had just been cancelled instead. She then told me the cup sold out awhile ago, almost as if I should have known. The baristas are generally very kind, courteous, and hard working individuals. I just had a busy day ahead of me and it would have been nice to save the 30 minutes. Also, the barista wasn’t apologetic, just shrugged and said maybe I could get a refund, and shut the window on me. I understand we all have our off and bad days, it just wasn’t very kind. Hopefully no one else experiences this.

When I went there and ordered my drink the cashier didn’t even know what drink I was talking about and I’ve gotten the same drink for 10 years now and when they made it they made it completely wrong and I asked them if they put the powder and the vanilla flavoring in it and they told me that’s not how they make it even though that’s how I get it every time and when they remade it they remade it wrong I hate paying that price for coffee if I can’t get it made right
