The energy walking in was very dull. It appeared that nobody really wanted to work . No smiles , no greetings and it almost seemed like a burden that I was coming in to spend my money . The wait was a little long and when I noticed my drink being finished , I noticed she was about to put whip on it and asked her not to . The employee then “mumbled “ well why doesn’t it say that . Not sure if it was directed toward me but I heard it and it was very rude . I was once a barista and this service would have never been tolerated . My hope is that if I stop in this location again , it’s a “happy” place.

I asked th. supervisor that if he could make my drink because the specific employee messed up my drink who has been here quite sometime now it wasn’t that busy but he let the employee that messed it up make it I asked for a simple request idk why it couldn’t be made on top of that the same employee forgot to make my last drink

Everyone at this Starbucks is always so sweet and helpful! They are so awesome and happy. I appreciate their kindness it genuinely made my day a little bit better. Amber and the rest of the team are so great. Defintely will be coming here more often! -Thanks guys

Nitro brew machine was not working, only got told this after 5 minutes. Was offered a refund and I had to go stand at the back of the queue. Wasted 10 minutes of my time, that could have been a simple conversation.

Went to Legacy to see the band Ricky and the Rockets. Had a Frappuccino and great service.

Drink was cool. Manager seems cool but the baristas + staff could be friendlier + cheerful (as you’re supposed to be) — as a former Barista myself that’s what we’re taught. Also, the preparation of the food was not that great. I asked for a cooked San which that was just tossed lazily in the bag. the girl at the counter (black girl with puffs and septum) + other ladies behind the bar should be a lil nicer and need work on customer service (not just saying “hi” to people when they walk in). ♀️. just constructive criticism.
