I placed a mobile order so my order was done upon arrival. I went through the drive thru because there was only 1 car in line total! No car at the window, and 1 car at the speaker box. I waiting for 25 minutes!! I would’ve pulled out of line if I could. I was late for work and stuck in line with ONE car in front of me. The line filled up behind me and nothing was moving. Even by the time I got to the window there was no urgency to get things moving.

We came for one cup of coffee. We are from out of town so we’re unaware that once you got in the drive up line, there is no way to get out based on the way the curbs are for the drive through. We waited over 40 min to get through the line. My husband was sitting on the bench by the pick up and watched as some cars waited as long as 6 min to receive their orders. This process is highly inefficient and you need cars to be able to pull over if their order will take longer. I understand that staffing may be down but this is meant to be efficient and it is not. I saw this is not the first post about this and it is disappointing that this is still a REALLY big problem.

The overall location and parking lot is terrible. I have witnessed many near accidents while visiting. It is extremely narrow and hard to back out of spots right in front of the entrance of Starbucks. The drive thru is closed in, sometimes you may wait even an hour, which is awful so be aware. Drink quality varies depending on when you go. Early morning 7am is best. There were about 7 baristas working today, I placed a mobile order. It wasn’t ready when I arrived. I asked the barista if my order went thru, she responded very rudely that she didn’t know. I waited 20 minutes past my mobile pick up time and ended up asking to be refunded and leaving with out my order, as I had somewhere to be.

I just get a tall veranda, black, so all was good for me. No wait, coffee hot and the store has plenty of seating. I like they have the comfy seats for relaxing, getting work done. I live down in Akron so I don’t get up here very often.

Very dirty and loud. Many workers but very little service. The drive through was horrible and inside was dirty. It took lots of time to get two drinks and many other people where talking about the bad service.
