I’ve given them a shot multiple times. My drink is never right, tastes off. Also every time I go I end up waiting for literally 25 to 30 minutes for anything. I wouldn’t post if I have not tried more than five times to give them a shot because they are near by. Staff is friendly, they just need an overhaul.

I go to this location about 2-3 times a week. My orders are always correct and on time. The Manager Sarah starts my Nitro as soon as she sees me walk in. The staff is kind and efficient which makes for a great way to start my day.

Avoid coming here. I came inside to place order. Waited 20 minutes for two drinks. Too busy focusing on mobile and drive thru orders. Our drinks tasted water downed. 4 workers standing around talking.

I was pretty much an everyday customer and always got the same drink every morning. I’ve always tipped and treated everyone kindly even though they messed up my drink A LOT. I used to work at Starbucks so I know exactly how my drink is made and it literally tastes different all the time. I always ask for it to be remade nicely because I spent $6 on it plus a tip. Yesterday’s drink tasted disgusting but I didn’t say anything, today it tasted the same so I asked for it to be remade and the manager tells me they can no longer remake my drinks because it’s almost an everyday issue. She basically made it seem like it was me and not them and then acted like she didn’t want to give me a refund because I threw my drink away when I walked in because they told me they can’t take them. I have spent SO much money there and for them to treat me that way really upset me. She didn’t apologize or even show a bit of compassion. It’s 2 girls that make my drink wrong so maybe they should re train them before blaming a customer for their screw ups. She was trying to make me tell her what exactly is wrong but how am I suppose to know? I’m not watching it be made. I will never spend another dollar at Starbucks again!

Just went to starbucks and the lady was super nice made sure my drinks were correct and they were out of something so she suggested another option like what we had for she wouldn’t over charge us 10/10 customer service amazing!

4/17 i stopped. Granted i’m super grateful this establishment was opened on a holiday… the lady in the drive through window was not what i was expecting. She was very rude and lacked customer service. Didn’t ring my drink up right and handed me black ice coffee through the window. I was super upset because i don’t go to Starbucks. I normally stop at Dunkin but my mom had gift cards. Service was horribly slow with 5 people working. I went inside to have my coffee made correctly and i was greeted by the warmest smiling face.. the name behind the face is Mariah and she deserves the world. She has amazing customer service and she definitely turned my frown upside down and made me feel like my problems with my drink were validated. She is not a manager according to her but she 100% needs to be. Please consider bringing her higher up to make customers happy. She is the face of this place and i will be back because of her. Thank you Mariah!!!
