2 visits ago we placed our order from the app only 2 drinks and took over half hour to get our items, go back a week ago again put our order in on the app, instead of walking in we went to drive thru and she was not very Friendly and kept helping another batista on the computer and seem to ignore us, not very professional

I know the line is long, but the drinks are good. It takes approximately 10-15 minutes for each turn, better than somewhere I’ve been took me 40 minutes without the drink ready. (I only need a venti frappe, and the line wasn’t even this long.) I always love their frappes and refreshers.

I can’t believe the amount of arrogant stuck up people that were there. The scary part is that they all looked the same, even the employees. I just wanted some coffee but the dirty looks for being different was unreal. If that is what kind of people and behavior that is wanted from Starbucks than count me out.

Very disappointed. Apparently your birthday reward is good for ONE day only. Nevermind the single moms out there that work and can’t just run to Starbucks whenever they desire. I went the day after my birthday only to realize that my reward no longer existed. When I asked if this was the case and said it was literally not even 24hrs, I got a “Yep”.

This place is always busy, so prepare for a long wait, even if ordering online/mobile. Also, they are often out of at least one ingredient for your drink. The staff is pleasant though!
