This location consistently gets orders wrong. Me and my girlfriend have ordered from this location close to 30 times now and it’s safe to say at least 20 of those orders have been wrong. Also a bit slow at times.

The middle aged lady at the drive thru window was not at all friendly. She was rude. It was obvious she didn’t like her job and she knows NOTHING about customer service. She should not be working at the window where she has to interact with people. I think her name was Jan. She would be better off washing dishes or wiping off tables; some job where she doesn’t have to be interacting with people. Do her a favor (and all customers) and let her go.

Ordered a venti caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino made with almond milk with no whip cream on the bottom but caramel and crunch on the bottom. Whip cream caramel crunches still on top and only one pump of frapp roast. I got a caramel crunch Frappuccino with nothing on bottom so we handed it back and told them there’s supposed to be caramel and crunches on bottom. They hand me another drink this time with Caramel and crunches on bottom but whip cream throughout the whole drink like they just poured it into another cup whip cream and all. So we had them remake it again and it finally looked right but already left the drive thru and they didn’t put Caramel flavor in the mix at all. I got a plain Frappuccino with Caramel syrup on bottom. I go to a Starbucks everyday and we spend $14 on two Frappuccinos and I have never had such a issue. It’s not that hard. Very disappointing. Highly doubt they would of even got it right a fourth time. First and last time trying this location!

The staff here is kind, friendly and very helpful! The coffee was good and they’ve got just about every food option you’d want from a Starbucks. They don’t serve Nitro Brew, but it’s not something I missed because the staff are that helpful. Great place to study & work.

I am consistently impressed with the efficiency and quality of customer service at this particular Starbucks location. My drink is ready to go when I arrive and is made to Starbucks standard. The staff always remember to say “have a great day” even if it is only a take out order.
