Nice environment and atmosphere. Glad to have this after stopped by near highway. Less order: in store. Long and wait order: drive-in – that is up to you. Just good tip of you order Starbucks app in advanced then pick up which is less quick than estimated time.

Everyone is really friendly and happy. I love how fast I get my drinks and sometimes if they have time, they ask you about your day. It is really nice. Someone wrote on my cup today, “You’re Loved.” It really meant a lot and I think the little things like this matter! Thank you to whoever made my day!!!

I frequent this Starbucks a lot & I always enjoy my coffee, bacon gouda, talking with the employees, etc. They are always very sweet & get our drinks out fast! More recently, I have had to wait for my mobile order (my mother and I typically order ours together) & while waiting, I’ve heard how the manager speaks to her employees. It made me feel awful when they are such sweet people. It’s not that she is saying bad words, she just talks to them in a very degrading and disrespectful tone; as if they’re not the ones holding this store together. It made me sad. Other than that, I do enjoy getting my coffee here but can’t sit inside to enjoy it.

This is the best Starbucks ever!!!!! I go here ever morning and im there 5 minutes max. Not only are they crazy fast but they make my drink perfect everytime, and there amazing employees make me leave with a smile on my face everytime, especially this girl with brown hair I wish I remembered her name, but they are the best and all need raises!!

This is the BEST Starbucks I’ve ever visited. I’ve been a Starbucks customer for probably 20 years. I will go out of my way to go to the Etna location. They have the best customer service of any Starbucks I’ve ever visited & better than another other restaurant/coffee shop I’ve been to in years. EVERY staff member is kind, and upbeat & they are so efficient. Every other Starbucks in the area is a 20 minute wait minimum in the drive thru. We went through this weekend and as soon as we pulled up to the window they had all 4 of our drinks and food in a drink carrier ready to go! Kudos to management on running an amazing store & hiring the friendliest staff I’ve ever come across. It truly brightens my day every time I visit. Great job!!

The best Starbucks I’ve ever had the pleasure of patronizing. The lady taking the orders has the best disposition. She’s friendly, professional, sweet, with clear communication skills. She kept the drive thru moving. My Cafe Misto was perfectly temped, flavored and balanced.
