I literally adore every single person at this location. Any time there is even the smallest inconvenience they are on top of correcting it with out a question. They are by far one of the best star bucks staff I’ve come across and I’m so glad I have them as my closest store! I’d e ever want to go anywhere else!

first time visiting this store from out of town, staff was very nice but my drink (strawberry açaí refresher with lemonade) tasted very bland and watered down compared to how it usually taste from different locations. a pink drink from the same order tasted the same way, bland and watered down

This Starbucks always been my #1 and staff was always really nice , but today at 4/9/23 was a really bad experience I asked for 2 caramel crunch Frappuccinos and a vanilla bean when I got to the drive thru I got 4 drinks an extra caramel crunch So I’ve seen they had a long line in the drive thru me being considerate went and park so I can go in to the store and let them know they charge me for an extra drink we’ll who ever she might be manager assistant I guess was rude talked to me with an attitude and said “you already took them I can do nothing “ like ok I’ll would of taken the drink with no problem but why are they charging for extra stuff and then say we can’t do anything I did make sure she gave me a refund but this situation would been way different if they would of treated me different she was rude ,looking at me ugly and kept saying she couldn’t do anything with an attitude basically trying to tell get out ,if this is a policy than they should make sure not to charge for extra .

Very bad experience. Staff was rude and would not give me my already paid for coffee until she was done being rude. I could not even say anything because she still had my coffee!! $6.00 coffee should come HASSLE FREE!! Will not return to this Starbucks! So uncalled for! I expect better for the prices they demand!
