Ordered 2 Asiago chicken sandwich meals, got 2 regular chicken sandwiches with too many rubbery pickles, no cheese to be found, no bacon, no ranch sauce and room temperature fries to add insult to injury. The drive thru service is super fast (maybe too fast to make sure the orders are correct) and this is the 5th time my order has been wrong and/or cold.

This Wendy’s is the BEST Wendy’s I have ever been to. They are always so fast!!! They always get my order right. The staff is always so polite and friendly. I have come here so many times because I work nearby and every time I get the same result. I just love how reliable they are. If I am running late to work I know I can always stop by their drive-thru and pick something up because I will get quick, wonderful and kind service. I wish every fast-food establish was run like this place. I don’t know what this place is doing but they are doing it right. I would give them 1000 stars if I could. This is how fast-food establishments are supposed to run. So great. I will always return to this Wendy’s.

Was just in and ordered ONE triple burger with just onions and mustard. Was charged for TWO. OK, lady at the counter was nice enough. I say Ill eat the other for lunch tomorrow at work. I get home. Both burgers are totally wrong. Never coming here again.

Service was disappointing. I placed a mobile order for drive-thru pickup, but upon arrival, I was asked to park and wait. After waiting over 20 minutes, I went inside only to discover my order had been sitting aside and forgotten. No apology was offered for the oversight or the significant delay. Very poor communication and lack of accountability.

A Wendy’s is a Wendy’s no matter how you look at it. The inside is pretty fancy with a fire place and great seating. Clean floors and surprisingly a clean bathroom. The rest of the experience is the average fast food place experience. Staff was as nice as possible and a noticeable over helpfulness. My G pay wasn’t working so the counter person got a manager to help with it. A bit of a language barrier issue later and we got it working. So that was good of them. Although the place was slow and I was the only one in there so I can’t say if this type of service is the same with a busy day. Food came out fast ( again nobody there but me and staff) so it was fresh. They still have the Rick and Morty promo drink in the soda machine if you’re still wanting that fruply land punch. Overall a good experience. Thank you to the one staff member who held the door for me in the bathroom too.

Came for breakfast. I got bacon egg & Swiss croissant combo. It’s fresh and tasty. The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly. Cool place and quick service. The French toast sticks looks great too, would like to try it next time.

Love Chili? Go elsewhere bc you’ll need a microscope to find the beef; the sauce and beans are in overload. Plus, no longer filled to the top. More like a twee over ¾ full. They pulled this donkey dust last year, so we avoided it until recently. We had 3 successful drive thru orders which is why I didn’t check at the window today. I’d take it back, but it’s been a long day. I suggest Shake Shack @ Waverly Place in Cary, or the Dug Out (“Dock Ellis” = mahhhveLush) in Apex off Olive Chapel and Kelly Rd. Worth the extra bucks and you WILL be pleased. This Chilis is a bad joke. Please, do that *Nancy thang* and “just say no!”

I ordered a taco salad in the drive thru, I didn’t realize till I got home that I didn’t get any tortilla chips, one of the best parts IMO. It did have corn??on it which also was weird. Definitely disappointed

There was plastic inn my chillis and the bake potato was looking terrible. Ladys talking on the cellphone when doing order, that might be the reason why my food was all miserable.
