I’ve visited this Starbucks a couple times. Today was raining and busier than usual, at least the drive thru was. I had to wait a little longer than usual, but was out within ten minutes. The staff were quite friendly and got my order right and the coffee tasted very good. This Starbucks in new and in front of Costco. Since it was quite busy and the cars waiting for the drive thru blocked the parking, I ended up parking in the Costco parking lot and walked over. I don’t like to go through drive thru a if I can help it and when it’s extra long, I can place my order inside quickly, even though I have the app, I didn’t use it to order today. I recommend this one because of the location and it is bigger inside than two other ones nearby.

Took nearly 15 min to get food, which is a first for a Starbucks. Then the food came out wrong…again another first for Starbucks. To top it off, the coffee was lukewarm. At least the ants are getting appropriate service.

Placed a mobile order in the go on our way home from Gatlinburg TN. We pulled in and they had a line wrapped around the building and wow do they know how to churn out some drinks! Had our order ready in less than 10min. They know how to get it done! Staff was super nice and the manager was awesome!

I love all of their drinks and the ability to fully customize them… it’s much easier on the app too because you can see the options in text…. I am comfortable with the price of the drinks because of the barista having to prepare them and mix the ingredients. Each drink is a unique experience in its own way because of that. The food is okay if you’re starving and in a hurry, but I think its significantly overpriced. My friends wife works there and I am familiar with how its prepared and packaged and this is considered in my opinion. Its also bland, as if prepared with no seaonsing whatsoever.

I come here when I travel between Ohio and Tennessee. The service is actually pretty good! The food and beverages are very refreshing and have good taste. Best Starbucks to go to for a road trip! The whole place sticks to one style, and I love it for what it is. Starbucks is my go-to for coffee and lattes. Best ever!

Encountering excellent customer service in today’s world is refreshing. I wished I had gotten the cashiers name but she made small talk while I was at the window waiting on my coffee and couldn’t have been more pleasant. Customer service seems to be a thing of the past and hard to find and I recommend Starbucks hanging into her. She had a tattoo on her forearm and was working the window on 4/6/21 at about 10:45 am. Highly recommend this Starbucks.

Love everything about Starbucks. The smell, the espresso, the baristas, the enlightened crowd. Don’t love the overly sweet frapps. Dark roast pour over with a double shot is perfection.
