This may be the best Starbucks in Louisville. The employees are always super friendly and the store is managed well. I would absolutely recommend stopping by if you have a craving for coffee.

I’m giving the company, not this location a 1star. Haven’t had coffee in years so I stopped in as a random treat as I was tired. I ordered a mocha frap and what looked like a tasty banana nut loaf. I left and had my first sip in the car driving away and it was absolutely disgusting. Like chilled dirt with a spash of chocolate syrup mixed in. The whip cream has zero flavor at all, as if it’s just purely for looks sake. And the banana loaf was moist, but was very bland. It was nothing more than something to fill my growling tummy. Sad I spent my first coffee in years as on this disappointment. Don’t see what all the hype is over, plus it was $12. Definitely won’t be back for another round.

I’ve been going here practically every morning for several months. I’ve been very happy with every order, except for two but that’s all good. Sorry there had to be a “but.” Everyone has always been pretty friendly and today a barista put a stopper in my coffee for me as it sat there waiting for me . So thoughtful! Took me longer to pick it up as I anticipated & thankfully it was kept hot. I truly appreciate everyone there and they make my day start out right. Thank you all! Have a great day!

Outstanding!!! The woman taking orders and manning the cash register was just “The Boss”….She knew her stuff..I am so embarrassed that I didn’t get her name. Nice and close enough to my work place to take a nice break after hours and write before I go on to my next task of the day. Tried the guava white tea lemonade today and it was super refreshing, highly recommend during this summer weather.
