Stopped by the drive thru with my son the other day and was unbelievably disappointed with Starbucks. This location is absolutely the WORST one I’ve ever had the displeasure of dining at. The young blonde girl working the drive thru was extremely rude for one. Not once did she say hello or give an actual genuine smile other than her rude little smirk. When she handed my change back to me, she didn’t hand me my receipt. I politely asked, “may I have my receipt?” To which she replies “tha whaaaat?” This went back and forth 4 times. She finally shoves the receipt and our 2 drinks at me then slams the window shut. I drive off and we take a drink and they were awful. Underflavored and unblended trash. They weren’t even special orders. So upset and will NEVER go back

really bummed because yesterday i visited this starbucks and was super pleased with both my drinks, i went back today and ordered the exact same thing and it was a completely different story. my boyfriend cannot have dairy, and his drink absolutely had dairy and so it was a total waste. my drink was amazing yesterday and todays drink was not at all close to yesterday.
