So I was passing through around 11 something a.m. on my way home to Louisiana and decided to get me a drink. I’ve been to this one a couple weeks ago and it was great, this time not at all. 1st let me say this: I’ve been getting the same drink at Starbucks long enough to know exactly what my drink is supposed to taste like! Now, when I went in not a single person greeted me. I noticed that my drink didn’t look “normal” because it didn’t have the caramel all around the cup like usual (I get extra caramel drizzle and line the cup with caramel). I tried it anyway and it was disgusting. Barely tasted like there was caramel in it. Also, it tasted VERY bitter, and I always get blonde espresso in mine so it won’t taste as bitter. So, I really feel like they didn’t use blonde espresso. They also didn’t put my whipped cream on top, even though I ordered extra whipped cream. I was so aggravated I took it back in to get it remade. The workers took forever to see what I needed, were too busy talking with each other and not paying attention to what they were doing or customers, and the guy who made my drink over had an attitude like it bothered him to remake it and just handed it to me saying “here you go.” No thank you or sorry about that or anything. Also, my coffee was still bitter! I love Starbucks and will continue to order at the one in my hometown, but this was the worse experience I’ve EVER had at a Starbucks store! 10/10 do NOT recommend…

We go to this location a couple times a month and it’s always a pretty good experience. They make our drinks consistently taste the same each time and service is pretty quick.

We ordered 3 venti drinks but they only charged us for 2. The person at the drive thru even repeated,” So you want 3?”.The boy at the window was too busy talking to a female employee the entire time so it took a second to let him know we ordered 3. Told us it was policy we couldn’t order at the window. That’s fine. Went in an the other lady that took my order was mean muggin me and was short and rude. But was soooo sweet to the person in front of me. I wouldn’t have had to come back in if y’all got it right the first time. The drinks were great tho

My drinks are normally great! The line at 7:45 isn’t too long and I usually get through in under 10mins. The only thing is that sometimes the staff is pleasant and other times they are not.

Really busy location with very inconsistent service. I ask for soy milk in the drive through 4 times and they somehow think I’m saying “vanilla syrup”. Go inside and only 2 employees are friendly and orders don’t come out or are wrong. I wish there was another location on this side of town.

During our stay in the area we went to this Starbucks three times and the first time we experienced ok service and the next two times it was great. The woman whose name I believe is Veronica is on her A Game she is accurate and great at explaining different types of tea.
