Don’t try to use your stars here. They can’t accept them. I totally understand this but I waited in line for 30 minutes just to be told I couldn’t purchase something with stars. I also tried to order a ham and Swiss baguette, they didn’t have it. I try to get a grilled cheese, they didn’t have it. Starbucks cost too much money and I waited in line for way to long for this to happen. Obviously there’s an issue with management and inventory. Employees were also playing in their phones instead of actually working. The line was backed up to the door, so I’m not sure why that was allowed. I work in food service, so I’m well aware that this is very unacceptable. I won’t be back.

Always finding the time to stop by here whenever I’m traveling on the road, and every time, it’s been a pleasure! So these photos were taken at separate times. I’ve only had a couple instances where my order was messed up, but the crew I’ve always encountered were always quick and nice to fix it. I had to mention about Rebecca! I’ve seen her a couple of times, and she was so sweet every time! I saw her today, and made the nicest chestnut praline latte for me; it was so yummy! I always look forward to coming back if I ever got the cravings for Starbucks in this area.

Do not come here if you want a quick drink on your way driving down 65. Slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to

Great Leadership here by Danielle and her team. The day I went, their truck had not yet delivered many items that usually are on the menu. That being said Danielle helped figure out some excellent alternatives. Very well run store!

The WORST Starbucks I’ve ever been to. You can’t use any rewards, any promos, and you’ll have to wait AT LEAST twenty minutes in the line to get your item.

I went through the drive through and it took almost 45 minutes just to get my order. The woman said they were out of almost everything in sandwiches and she was very rude. Then when I got to the window they said they couldn’t take my rewards, maybe because it’s in front of a hotel and they pay for the Starbucks extension? Either way she was very rude and short. Driving out of Alabama anyways so not my problem anymore.
