Highly disappointed in my service. I still haven’t drink my refresher because I’m disappointed. I asked for strawberry refresher VENTI light ice extra lemonade and this what I was given. Still had lots of ice lol I didn’t order a cup of ice. The worker already didn’t take my order at the speaker after 5+ mins of waiting, I had to drive to window. Expected better.

My level of frustration is through the roof with this location. This location has gone into the ground over the last few years. I ordered a frozen strawberry lemonade refresher and received a basic iced lemonade refresher. In an effort to compensate me and make the order right the cashier made the frozen beverage i originally asked for ( FROZEN /BLENDED) and I received a poorly made frozen beverage, it is terrible no effort , rushed , the drive through agent did not listen and my breakfast sandwich had the egg hanging off the bread . There is a homeless man at the end of the drive through lane with a makeshift podium, and a sign panhandling a begging customers. This is absolutely ridiculous, unprofessional and the QUALITY OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT DOSE NOT MATCH THE PRICE. GET IT TOGETHER!

I often stop by this location as it is the closest Starbucks to my place, but I don’t recommend visiting here. Whenever I place a mobile order, employees here seem to ignore it. They say they forgot, but now it seems very intentional. I even avoided visiting here during peak hours, but this situation happened too many times for me to bear.

Went in and only had a few minutes to get to work. Thought I might be running behind but they got my drink and breakfast sandwich ready in about a minute and a half. As busy as they are they keep it moving.

In town for a week and visited this location 2x/day. Service in the drive-thru was very slow every time I went, no matter the time of day or amount of cars in line. Lots of staff could be seen, but all very young and maybe not fully trained?? Quality and attention to details with my orders (same orders every visit) while lids thrown on too full cups haphazardly (where drinks spilled in my vehicle) were sacrificed for attempted speed. Fortunately, I don’t live here so I don’t have to come back, but I wish this location did better for their local customers.

I love this Starbucks! For some reason it’s the *only* one in Montg that still stays open till 9pm. Some of the other ones, Zelda rd, east chase, and Atlanta highway, are all closing between 6-8 and you literally never know which one is closing at which time until you call that particular location to find out their hours that particular day! I honestly don’t know of any other well known establishment that just closes when ever the manager on duty sees fit… it’s crazy and very annoying. But the one on Vaughn rd – nope I can count on them to be open during their normal business hours 7 days a week and honestly they are a little faster then the other locations as well. Thank you Vaughn rd Starbucks I can honestly say y’all deserve an award for being the only realiable Starbucks left in Montg that’s not a complete joke!
