I placed my order via the app this morning. It takes me about 20 minutes to get to this location. My drink and food weren’t ready, which is fine. What isn’t fine, is that I waited 10 minutes, the the barista announced that she was 20 minutes behind. I had to leave otherwise I would have been late for work. You would think that I would have received a refund but no, nothing. It’s highly unlikely that I will return to this location.

Five Star Staff. I have to say the staff at this Starbucks are definitely worth Five Stars. I also must add that I am not a coffee drinker, but I make several trips to all the Starbucks around Huntsville AL for my wife and daughter on a regular basis. Just this morning I went to the Starbucks on Winchester Road, in a rush, to surprise try and grab my wife’s favorite coffee for her birthday and make it back home to give it to her, before she left for work. The Starbucks had a line of cars all the way around the building and I went inside where there were also a lot of folks grabbing coffee. I was greeted by the staff as they were joyful mad dash filling order’s. I waited less then a minute for one of the ladies to take my order, where she even went to apologize my wait. I then ordered and watched as the very professional staff worked together in it seemed such a perfect, poetic, and again joyous precision to get orders ready and out to the customers, like a well oiled machine. I was in and out in less the 5 minutes and again the lady thanked me and apologize for my wait. My Hat’s Off to the staff!!! You guys are ROCK STARS!!!

I don’t know what it is but this location can be a hit or miss; however I’ll take it over University’s location any day. Who ever takes the orders in the morning has no patience and it’s like girl slow down. Then I still get my drinks made wrong, but today took the cake. The young lady at the window attempted to hand me my drink made wrong, then TIRED to hand it to me after she scraped the whip off. No ma’am that’s not going to work for me. After I made it aware that I was not taking it, she began to be nice/nasty. I kind of got a chuckle out of it due to her trying to rush and make my new drink and acting like the parking lot and drive through were packed and had no time for my request for a new drink. (The line and parking lot were not full). I wish I could leave a better review but unfortunately the customer service is terrible.

This location has very friendly and hardworking employees. They are extremely efficient and if they are backed up ever, it is not for a lack of trying. You will always see them all hustling and communicating all while being friendly to the customers. After several years of going 3-5x a week I have not had a single bad experience!

Manager had and attitude when I asked for a refund on my $ 8 drink. I had not yet drank the drink. She asked the employee if I paid cash after verifying with me that I did. I spent $30 buying my wife and myself drinks. White Bison is too close for me to spend another penny on poor service. I was refreshed to see some tipped them in pennies for their poor service.

I took about 4 of the photos. I think it’s the best looking and biggest Starbucks in Huntsville. It’s great not having to drive so far to get coffee or to sit in a coffee shop. I look forward to reading and being on tech, there. I went again with my kid and we meant to order Frappuccinos, and accidentally, ordered them hot. Too hot for the kid, and they just replaced them. #HighFive for customer service.

Had received gift card so I got peppermint frappuccino. They were out of cheese Danish so my partner had got chocolate Danish beside it. Totally messed with his sugar. Bathroom were not labeled men woman either. Totally chic place

This location is my favorite one. The staff is so friendly and even when they are short staffed you don’t have to wait in the drive through that long. They always get your order right. Love This Location.
