The dragonfruit drink is spectacular, the Starbucks team is fantastic, the shop is clean and pretty but no indoor seating! A client chose to meet there without knowing there is no indoor seating. We ended up outside for ninety minutes in 95° heat.

I live close to this Starbucks so that’s the ONLY reason I keep going back. My drinks are either bitter, not well shaken, clumpy, or too sweet. I always order basic drinks off the menu & they never taste like they should. Stupid me for continuing to spend my money here all to not enjoy a simple cup of coffee (I also always leave tips… tips for something I eventually won’t end up enjoying). The employees are generally nice which is great but what I pay for (my coffee) always winds up in the trash.

Customer service was outstanding. Got a late start back from vacation. We were exhausted and needed something special to make it home. Starbucks is always a place we try to go to when traveling. It was close to closing and we were worried about going in at the last minute. All of the staff did an excellent job in welcoming us in and Kevin was phenomenal. He took great care of us, suggesting menu options and giving us details on items to eat. I love walking into Starbucks and enjoying the smell of coffee. This team that was working last Sunday on June 6th at closing, kudos to you. Thank you for being the perfect ending to a wonderful vacation we had on the Belleair Beach.

I’m begging management here to stop making the cashier at the drive thru talk to customers at the pickup window. It’s such an awkward experience. It’s really only this location this happens. I don’t want to have a conversation for 3 minutes. I get asked what I’m doing today, why I am doing that today, if I’m doing anything else, and it’s just an oddly forced experience.

The staff is amazing!! I’m not sure the one ladies name but she knows me by name when I walk in that makes a difference because I’m not just a person. I did a mobile order this past Monday and sent it to the wrong store. She told me don’t worry about it they would make it there for me ( of course I showed her my order) but that shows that she cares. I will continue returning.

Terrible horrible service!!! Rude employees that want to argue about their drive thru that wasn’t working and was completely black with a red light above the menu screen. The girl in the drive thru “TRIED” to lecture me and didn’t believe me that the menu display was down. I know how drive thru works!!! I don’t need a lecture from a 16 year old as it’s pouring outside and the inside of my car and myself are getting soaked because they don’t have an awning to keep you dry. I guess she was so unintelligent that really expected me to keep my window down and listen to the basic skills of life!! So like anyone would I put my window up and she said you don’t have to be rude!! Really!!! She can work outside as far as I’m concerned…Bump this place….The outlets has a nicer Starbucks with respectful employees that value their job!!!

This is the closest Starbucks from my home, in last 10 years or so they messed up my order twice and refunded me twice. Both times were right before closing time, so avoid the time of the day. Staffs are friendly and attentive. Manager wasn’t nice when I order a cup of coffee 10 minutes before closing, she told me they’re closing and everything washed already, can’t take my order. I had similar situations at different Starbucks locations, they washed their equipment but gladly made my coffee with pour over method. For that reason I deducted 2 stars. Wish they open until 11, instead of 9pm.
