I don’t like to leave bad reviews but I feel like this needs to be addressed. My order was correct and the food was good but one of the employees was very rude. I don’t remember her name but she had black and red hair. She was very short with me and my cousin. She was much nicer to her other employees but not so much to customers. I would suggest she work on her customer service. I understand that my order was basic but the eye roll was not appreciated. Everyone else was pleasant enough but she really ruined the experience for us.

Starbucks on a typical basis doesn’t stand out to me, but I particularly really love this location! It’s the new kid on the block in a way- Starbs has been at the Lakeside Village outdoor mall for a good while, but now they have moved a whole building over (yep, quite the hike) so that they are able to have a drive thru (they didn’t before). So, new-ish.

Paid for a grande but got a tall!! Ordered egg bite and asked if they could warmed a little extra and they burnt them!! Gave them to my dog so I didn’t get a picture! Also ordered a muffin and the guy seemed bothered when I asked if he could warm it up!!! Not like there was a line or anything but now I understand why! This Starbucks sucks I’ll go to the one on south Florida! Never again!

What a mess. 25 people who walked into the store only to watch 30 mobile orders get stacked up on counter. Staff worked hard but on wrong stuff. The virtual customer and drive thru gets massive priority over those who walk in. Massive ugh.
