Wow! usually starbucks employees are friendly and efficient, but here they don’t pay attention to their customers, they are always talking to each other and making jokes completely ignoring if someone waits. The orders are never ready on time and they are not customer friendly at all in fact I think they are disrespectful by simply ignoring that you are there and not even looking up or saying hello!!!

Empty inside the store midday but workers were busy so must’ve been full of mobile orders or busy drive thru (didn’t look it). I felt I didn’t wait too long but I got a very simple drink- iced chai tea latte and many more drinks were going out before mine. An employee did apologize for the wait. Drink was fine but very very full of ice.

This has got to be the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. My girlfriend got a matcha latte, which came out horrible. I got an Irish cream, which was also completely messed up. This happens every time at this location.

If I could give this location 6 stars I would. The staff are always quick and genuinely polite . I truly appreciate the morning staff for being so courteous, empathetic, and helpful when I recently had to return back to the store after spilling an order that was requested for Ubereats. They saw the wet bag and my look of disappointment in myself and just jumped into action with remaking the order for the customer and even offered supplies for the mess in my car. Wow!! Thank you guys so much !
