I stopped by this location to get some work done. I sat on one of the couches and immediately noticed the table was filthy. A few minutes later, a woman comes in with her dog, and the dog sits on the couch and tries to get my attention. She has a fake “service dog” collar on her dog.

Not right! Honestly I know it gets busy at Starbucks and things happens. What’s not right is the strategy that the manger or employees use leaving the online ordering system on and we like dumping get out of our cars and encounter a locked door! I had to wait over 1 hour for my prepaid order and it was for a group so I had already spend a lot of my money . This is not right that I could not cancel my order and step away. I tried calling but nothing. The employee told me that I could not walk up to the drive through because of a lawsuit. Then what could I do? Wait wait and wait! This is not right turn how to work technology and turn off the pick up option or call corporate and have them turn it off. I will not return to this store BAD management!

There were more than 5 people working when I walked in with my family and no one greeted us or acknowledged us for more than 10 minutes. We were standing in front of the register and asking for someone’s attention and everyone was ignoring us. Quite frankly no one looks happy to work here. When I got my coffee and thanked the staff for the coffee no one even said anything back.

I would rather drink stale gas station coffee than ever go back to this Starbucks. They are usually always behind, and I am ALWAYS extremely patient and never complain because I totally get it. They are a busy location, things happen.

The drive thru is EXTREMELY slow compared to other Starbucks. It took over 25 minutes for 5 cars. Slowest Starbucks ever! Drive thru employee was very nice but we will not be back to this location.

This store is a little difficult to navigate the drive thru so we decided to go inside and order. Their order process was easy and our drinks were quickly made. We also used the restrooms and they were clean. Getting out of the parking spot was difficult because you have to back out into the parking lot through the drive thru line. Needless to say that was a timely experience.

Coming from a place like south tampa, where you have starbucks on almost every corner, to Seffner where there is only 1 in a 5 mile radius, i expected a better experience. NOT only is the line constantly long, the alternative to going inside means you’ll wait just as long. The wait wouldn’t be so bad if I was getting a good product right? Well wrong again, this locations coffee is BURNT. every single drink I’ve ordered taste disgusting because you can taste the old burnt coffee. Their only redeemable quality is the employee who saw slipknot in concert and complimented my shirt, he has always been very friendly. I now go 2 more miles down the road to a better starbucks location.
