Extremely long wait time to even be able to make an order. There were many waiting for their order l. We were ignored while waiting in line to make an order for over 15 minutes. They need more staff or better customer service training.

I don’t like to give negative reviews but this is probably the worst Starbucks we’ve seen. There were about 6 employees working, no customers in line in the store and a few cars in the drive thru. None of the employees stopped what they were doing to take my order. The drive thru employee noticed I had been standing there for a while so she graciously stepped away from her register to take my order.

I ordered a Vanilla Bean Frappuccino and it tasted like a mildly vanilla flavored slushy. Halfway through it just tasted like ice. No flavor passed the halfway point of the drink.

I stopped in for a cup of cofthe young boy behind. The counter said I have to make a fresh batch. In about two minutes he handed me a cup of coffee. I put sugar in it tasted it and my eyeballs almost fell out of my hea He took the first two minutes of brewing and poured it into my cup. I asked him you don’t drink coffee do you, He said no I said I can believe that. I told them i’m not gonna drink that cup of coffee and I want my money back. So here’s the funny part he gave me a store credit card for twice The cost of the coffee. He then offered me offered me another cup of coffee. As any coffee person knows You have to the entire pot. So the flavor was in the copy gave me first and the dishwater was in the second copy gave me which I threw away. There has to be better training at these places of these young people.

Let me begin by saying this would be a zero star review if possible. First off, they allow any number of homeless people to just lounge in their outside seating area. Not only that, they actually feed them the old menu items they are getting rid of. The coffee itself is good but the staff never seems happy. They are always out of something, be caramel, straws, the stick that’s used to keep the coffee hot or any number of other things. They seem to shut down at odd hours, like right in the middle of the day sometimes. I’ve emailed their corporate office to no avail. My girlfriend and I spend about $40 a week there and it’s just not worth it anymore. Seek to fill your coffee addiction elsewhere. The “star” is no more it’s just “bucks” now

Barista was so sweet and complimentary. I wish i caught her name. She was a tall drink of water and very sweet. Made wonderful raspberry Cafe mocha and white chocolate mocha. Great service while dealing with no AC.
