Very good Starbucks experience if you’ve been to one, you’ve been to them all. Luckily, there was no wait or no long line and my drink was prepared very quickly. I had caramel ribbon Crunch and it was very good.

I’ve been coming to this location for awhile now. Most of the staff is really great. However, I’m really disappointed in the service on Sundays. Last Sunday when I came, and ordered my usual, the order was wrong, which was fine. People make mistakes no big deal, but when I told the young lady at the drive thru, that my order was wrong, instead of remaking the drink properly, she was rude about it.She didn’t even acknowledge or apologize for the mistake. I completely understand that customer service work can be hard at times. We’ve all been there, but that’s not an excuse to give poor service.

Can’t say that finding out they don’t have bathrooms after drinking a large coffee was a pleasant experience. They keep them locked and don’t let customers use them. If I’m paying $6+ for a drink I should be allowed a basic human right

I’ve been going to Starbucks for years and this by far is the worst location ever. The customer service at this location is just horrible. The drinks are poorly made. They catch an attitude when you tell them that you do not like your drink. The list goes on but this will be my last time coming here.

very new starbucks, i was excited to finally have one close to my house since there genuinely weren’t any around the area. the inside is very nice, lots of lighting and art as well as an outdoor area. the cashier at the time seemed kinda new, had trouble taking my order but he was patient so that’s appreciated. drink took a couple minutes to get but not super long, but the drink was very nicely made compared to a lot others i’ve had so it made up for it. never have had a bad drink here
