This staff is amazing, I went to the Starbucks right down the street (15439 us hwy 441) from this location and they could not make my drink properly at all. I came to this location (19021 us hwy 441) and without question they made it properly and were super friendly about it I would definitely recommend this Starbucks to anyone might just have to come to this Starbucks all the time now!!!! This is taking a while to post, as most of the time this Starbucks does a great job. However, probably five or six times in the past couple years, I stop by to pick up my coffee on the way to work only to discover it lukewarm. I’m not talking occasions where you might order ahead and risk your coffee being ready for several minutes before you arrived, but times where I see them pour it out of their carafe and give it to me at the pickup counter. I go to Starbucks a lot and this is the only Starbucks in the area where I’ve had this issue. Once or twice is an annoyance, but five or six times and we have a problem.

This is the 4th time they have messed up our order in 5 visits. In the last two days, they’ve messed up both orders. Day one, they didn’t put ANY syrup in the white chocolate mocha. Day two the got the coffee correct but gave me the wrong sandwich. Last week, the vanilla latte had not coffee or syrup in it, it was just heated milk. This is not what I expect from Starbucks.

This location was desirable for a quick breakfast in an outdoor setting this morning. The patio area has about 7-10 tables with two chairs per table. Great for a meet up or a snack and coffee break outdoors. The interior also has a typical Starbucks layout with seats and tables for those who prefer an indoor setting. This one is also a drive through which can make navigating around the property a bit congested during select times. However, if the car line is long, just park and head inside for prompt service.

We went to Starbucks for the first time and ordered the dragon drinks and they gave me two without coconut milk with water, I asked why and they told me that I should order like a dragon, but I never said with water and the barista changed them with bad attitude. They charge so much to not give good service, if you are tired or do not like working with people do something else

Clean, efficient, good, and fun. A place you want to spend some time. This location offers plenty of parking and a nice outdoor seating area. The drive-thru was non-stop while I was there, but the staff kept it moving right along.

I came here yesterday to order coffee for a friend, and the experience was great! The person taking the order and the person at the window were so friendly! I ended up getting a pink drink with 2 scoops of vanilla bean powder, no berries, and cold cream foam for myself as well, and it was so delicious that I came back today for another, larger (Venta although I think I said Venti lol) one. Both times every person I came in contact with was so sweet and helpful. I have pretty bad social anxiety, so things like ordering at a place for the first time makes me nervous. Since everyone at Starbucks is so nice, it made me feel completely comfortable. The line moves super fast as well, which is great. Highly recommend this Starbucks!

My sister in Florida insisted on driving to check out this new Starbucks that is only three weeks old. It is in the Mount Dora-Eustis area, in a shopping mall called The Shoppes at Eustis Village, which is on US Highway 441 North.
