Levi was my point of contact. He was so informative and helped me get a great tasting drink because I am not a reguler customer. Their registers were having some troubles and I had a short wait but they gave me my drink free plus an extra drink for my patience. Thanks so much Levi, if I’m around again I will come back.

So, at this location. They are getting better they are a new building with new people but you would think they were trained right it might today I asked for extra caramel and it’s almost like she filled half of my cup up with caramel it’s not a bad thing but it really does take away the taste of everything else but at least this time it tastes sweet last time I got a caramel frappe I know that’s not what it’s called I don’t know what it’s called but they know every time when I say it it’s usually really sweet with extra shots espresso in it so it wakes me up the first couple times I went in there they were so bad that I didn’t want to drink them so I started driving down to the the Midway location because they actually knew what they were doing this location is the first time they actually made it taste kind of right if it didn’t have so much damn caramel in it. But not complaining just wish there was a way that I could have the three or four I bought when y’all first open remade because they were absolutely terrible and at $8 a piece to not even want to drink them and on my way to work so it’s not like I could turn around and go back and that area is so busy I wouldn’t imagine a manager could keep his mine together with so many people had to be complaining. So I just let it go. I know they can’t learn from their mistakes if you let it go, but I went down to the other location and told them, so hopefully, it could be fixed like that. But I enjoyed the other location a lot more their drinks always taste perfect.

Why don’t they ever turn the music on, and then the employees complain very subtlely when I put my own music on. It just shows laziness on their part because I know Starbucks installed music for paying customers who sit in the cafe. Oh but you guys have tons of diversity. So I guess that makes not doing your job ok. As long as you have that, right? As long as you have people who refuse to do their job but they’re the right demographic, right?

So I ordered through the app for Pickup and the last 4 or 5 times my drink was disgusting. It’s either too sweet or too strong or mostly whip cream. I don’t tip in the app. I’m not going to Tip first I’d rather tip after I get my drink to see if you tastes good. Please make pickup orders right.

08/04/2023: updating my review from a 4 star to a 5 star. The duo working drive thru this morning was so perfect. I really enjoy the guy working. I’ve seen him the last few times I’ve come through, and he’s always so friendly and helpful. Really helped me this morning on a mobile order issue I had. I ended up ordering a bagel thru the app and used it to tip him well as I only had $1 on me in cash. Love his vibes!

Stay away from this Starbucks if you can. But if you must beware of the manager that runs this location. I was here on June 1st, 2023. I was there around 11 AM. Walked in, saw a bin of their logo cups for sale marked and labeled “50% of logo seasonal cups” I picked up one to purchase and the older lady there taking my order charged me the Canada price of the sticker underneath the cup. She removed 50% off the price of the Canada price and argued with me that it was taxes on top of it that’s why it was that price. She lied blatantly to me and argued with me for 5 entire minutes before she decided to step away and go get a manager. Manager did have my two drink orders on the house but she was very rude about. Utterly disgusted by these two people today.

As I’m writing this review, I’ve been sitting in the drive thru line for TWENTY MINUTES. The staff here lacks a sense of urgency. When I pulled up the the speaker (finally!), the barista asked me how many cars were behind me in line. What!? I was blocked in the line, so by the time I had gotten to the speaker, I had placed a mobile order. The barista working the drive through asked me if I “minded waiting 2 to 7 seconds, metaphorically.” What does that mean?? I told him that I had a mobile order so that I wouldn’t have to sit at the speaker for who knows how long. I definitely won’t be returning to this location any time soon. It took another five minutes after I spoke to the barista at the speaker.

Bad experience today at Sbux, The exterior looks terrible, tables & chairs not clean, interior looked good but detailed cleaning needed on Grab n go vents at the floor. Manager and DM or other manager walked out from office, looked at the crew in the weeds, walked right past the mess outside to have a smoke.
