The service was really good. Took orders fast and they made them quickly too. It’s located in the outlet mall. So you can get shopping and take a break here. The inside dining hall has plenty of seating so you can work from inside too. Overall pretty good Starbucks….

It took 30 minutes to get our drink and they were just standing there and did not make the drink right and then told me that they did not have any expresso and they were more worried about the drive through more then the line of customers in the lobby and they did not tell us the were out of most ingredients after paying for it

Tyler’s ability to read the customers and the crowd from behind his responsibilities get you guys another 5 star, i would love to say the larger person at the end of the bar ignoring and placing responsibility on others is a failure on the team and the customers that have paid for and trying to pick up their orders. Way to take responsibility or initiative. All thanks go to Tyler for taking more than his time to make sure I was receive of my goods.

Located in the outlet mall parking lot. This location has plenty of seating both indoor and outdoor. Outdoor seating is on the covered patio with plenty of shade. Shelves in the store are well stocked with inventory from cups and mugs to canteens and coffee. There is more than enough parking due to the mall parking lot. Staff is friendly, but service is a little slow here so if you go during a busy time expect a wait.

paid over $40 and my drink was horrible, watery and disgusting, never coming back . and to add on there was roaches, trash all over the place, we had to move some trash so that we could sit down. girl that charged was nice but overall drinks were disgusting.
