They should get zero stars for their service given how slow they are. Either no one is working there or the employees just don’t care. It takes about 5 minutes per car in the drive through even with mobile order. Take out isn’t any better. You would do well to stay away. You could drive to a better Starbucks in the time you would be waiting here for coffee.

Great place to get a little vitamin D while you work, but be forewarned, it’s all outside! If you’re traveling from out of town and looking to escape the heat, not the best spot. Lots of seating and great air circulation. Located right next to a bunch of other food places and activities with easy access to the beach.

I’ve always had great experiences at Starbucks, but today was probably my best experience of all- thanks to Nick (Nickelodeon). He was born to work in customer service & I really hope that he’s being treated like the wonderful employee that he is. Whatever you’re paying him- double it. He’s worth it.

I usually order from here once or twice a week to get drinks for me and my co workers, unfortunately this morning I had a very embarrassing accident, I didn’t receive a cup holder, so I tried to make 1 trip and dropped my drink on the floor. I work a few minutes away down the road, so I drove back to purchase a new, I told them what had happened, and they happy replaced it and took care of it, it was a very nice gesture from them. Overall always friendly staff, and great customer service!

This location is almost always understaffed and overworked. Waited forty five minutes for two coffees and that was ordered ahead. Patience is necessary. In a hurry? Go to a different location or Dunkin! PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES MORE

This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. They made my drink incorrectly the first time. Then when I asked them to remake it and told them how to do it again, they just took creative liberty and made it different and somehow worse. They were very friendly and then offered me a refund because they wanted me to get out of the line because of the people at the drive-thru behind me. They just basically gave up and said sorry guess we can’t make your drink. It’s really a shame that their communication is so poor that they cannot follow clear instructions.

Really a great staff, they are very accommodating and friendly. I would highly recommend this particular Starbucks. I asked them to do a decaf pour over because I don’t care for the Americano, I hate to have them do more work but the taste difference is definitely worth it. I appreciate that they have done this for me without any complaining.

My husband picked me up a latte this morning, it felt light… Because they charged me full price for half a latte! They knew it was half full when they put the lid on it, sheisters! I spend a lot of money in Starbucks, I will be expecting the other half of my latte next time I’m in town!!!

This Starbucks frequently messes up my order! I asked for a caramel iced coffee with cream and did not receive caramel or cream in my drink. I asked if it could be remade and had the drive thru window slammed in my face. On other occasions I have had the same thing happen with chai tea lattes and refreshers. The walk-up service is also incredibly slow. The employees here are rude and quiet, DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
