I was truly impressed by their quality in the past, but recently I noticed a decline. The staff seemed less attentive, and the issue of meat contamination on their plant-based patties was concerning. It’s disappointing that despite the higher prices, the overall experience didn’t match up. Perhaps with an improvement in service and ensuring the integrity of their plant-based options, the increased cost would be more justifiable.

2 different stores. Both lousy service due to under staffing. Close either the drive thru or the walk in part when limited help is available. Also limit the food options and you can’t have it your way!

Food is pretty typical of a Burger King. More times than not they didn’t have what I wanted though. Depending on who’s working, staff can either be friendly or rude. There is no in between. If you can avoid it I would. There are plenty of other options in Deptford, especially by the mall area. There are several fast food restaurants.

Consistently getting the order wrong! I don’t know how it happens. The people that work there change every couple of months. The only thing I can think, is that the new employees are being trained by the previous employees. This time he asked me to pull off to the side because they took my order wrong, and the guy said he’d bring me my missing burger. I waited 10 minutes before I went inside. I yelled at them for making me wait 10 minutes for a burger that takes 2 minutes to cook. Then the guy hands it to me. It was already in a bag and waiting to go. So, if it was ready, why didn’t he bring it out to me like he said? This placed is jinxed! Steer clear! The service is consistently horrible. If you really want BK, pick a different location. Trust me.

Had a coupon and gift card. Coupon worked and they said that the gift card was applied. Went home and saw it was not. Did the survey and was contacted by the manager. They did me good and gave me a free combo and took care of other things. Thanks to the manager Theresa.
