Affected by the hurricane I drove 40 miles to work and this was a wonderful soft landing for me. The pumpkin latte was a nice touch lol. This is one of my favorite places to stop whenever I’m heading between Tallahassee and Wilmington. This location always has a slightly better cookie, because they always warm it for me. When I ask my local Starbucks to warm the cookie they say yes and then forget to warm it.

Was super disappointed when I received my drink. Went to Zaxby’s and ordered my drink while in the drive thru line. It took longer than expected to get food from there so once I was able to go pick up my drink from Starbucks, I was handed a melted frappacino. The cashier in the Starbucks drive thru wasn’t even apologetic at all. I used to love Starbucks, but I think I would rather spend my money at Ellianos or Dunkin.

Absolutely terrible. These people have no idea how to make a coffee. I ordered a blended coffee. It tasted like cream, sugar and milk. Not even cold. My daughter also tried it and said it tasted like a luke warm milkshake. Almost $6 for a tall. Not acceptable. Do better Starbucks! Save your money and go to Ellianos.

So I was debating on whether to post anything or not about my horrible experience at Starbucks and decided to go ahead and let people know. I came in this morning but due to how packed it was in drive through I decided to go in. It was crowded and extremely busy and I got the worst service from the Baristas. I was not greeted and when given my hot drink my name was not called out nor were they nice and it was sticky and tasted horrible like it was rushed. To be honest the only reason I even put 2 stars rather than 1 was because of the barista who took my order that was wearing a fedora, one you don’t see often yet is very stylish and had glasses. The reason is because she was very polite and seemed to be the only one rushing around getting things done with a positive attitude. Yet the entire experience was bad, not counting the one fedora barista, mainly due to the terrible quality of the beverage and poor service from the others.

The few times I have come to this establishment, there has been one barista that has always had an attitude problem and has been blatantly rude to me and fellow customers. The blonde girl with glasses and a fedora (I dont know her name off the top of my head) has always either been rude or I see her walking around doing nothing but causing issues for the other diligent barista’s. Besides her, it is a great place to get a well made drink in a mostly timely manner.
