Great service! Very clean! Didn’t have to wait long for my drinks. They were made right. Love the vibe in this café. Manager greeted customers as they entered and handed drinks to those who mobile ordered. I love it!

I want to start by saying the two employees working during my visit were absolute stars. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional despite being put in an impossible situation.
However, the operational state of this Starbucks was unacceptable. There were lines wrapping around the corner and a consistent 15-minute wait for even simple orders, all because there were only two people behind the counter. It was painful to watch them struggle to keep up with the volume while being severely overworked.
At one point, I even overheard a third employee on the phone literally begging for backup, but apparently, no help was coming. It’s clear the staff is doing their best, but Starbucks’ failure to hire enough people or schedule adequate coverage is ruining the experience for customers and burning out their best workers.
I love the coffee and the kindness of the local team, but the chronic understaffing is making it hard to justify coming back to this location. Management needs to step up and give these employees the help they deserve.

Every visit to this Starbucks is always a great experience.The baristas are super friendly and get my order out fast. Last week my drink tasted a little off, so I went back and the manager was so nice—she personally remade it and made sure it was perfect before I left. I always look forward to my weekly visit.

I’m not the kind of person to leave reviews or complain about my food experiences. If something gets messed up I don’t complain or tell them to fix it I just take it and I’m fine with that. However, this is something I have always talked about needs fixing so I’m gonna say it. I was really looking forward to my yearly venti peppermint mocha frapp this morning before I went into work. The service was great there was basically no wait and the lady who took my order was really nice. However, the quality of the coffee was the absolute worst I have ever gotten from Starbucks. Everytime I go the drinks always taste different and aren’t consistent so I was expecting a little bit of that. My coffee didn’t taste like coffee at all. The first sip I took tasted like straight up ice with an overpowering artificial peppermint flavor. The whole drink tasted like ice and every sip I had to chew up ice chunks. I seriously considered going in and having them remake it but I dont like to be that kind of person plus I would’ve been late to work so I just accepted it. I regret wasting 7 dollars on a drink that tastes like ice. I waited for it to melt and it still just tastes like peppermint water. Starbucks seriously needs to fix their inconsistent drink making. I would go to Starbucks more often if I could count on their drinks tasting good everytime. I understand different people make them and they can’t all be the same but when I order a frapp I expect it to taste like coffee not chewing on icy peppermints. The only reason I wrote this is because I freaking love Starbucks holiday drinks and I’m passionate about peppermint mocha.

They get my order right every time. Food and drinks are delicious. Mackenzie is the best! Great smile and attitude. I only use the drive thru so not sure about the atmosphere inside.

I was going to try Starbucks again in Thomasville, but I still have a bad taste in my mouth from the last visit.

Moultrie Starbucks always gets my order correct. Kudos!

Update: Visited again. Hours have been shortened. Order ahead was no longer available. Obvious staffing problem. Sorry but it’s not worth the wait.

Busy. Clean. Short staffed. The staff that was there were doing the best they could. Food was coming out well ahead of drinks. . Just not enough of them for the morning rush. Custom latte was well made.

Spent a weekend here and still decided to go after reading previous reviews. I had a wonderful experience and the staff were very nice! The location may had to change conveniences to accommodate being short staffed, but I urge you to give them grace and visit when available.
