Honestly it’s a hit or miss. You either get great service or you don’t. The last time I stopped by here, I ordered a asked for a coffee made a specific way and the attitude I got from the employee was nice. I mean when you are in a service job, you are there to do one thing. Serve the customer. I used to be an avid visitor of this Starbucks, but I have decided to take my business elsewhere.

Everytime I go to this starbucks the service is always good. The drinks are always up to par and the employees are always sweet to me. The only complaint I do have is that the older manager is always incredibly rude to her employees, it really does not set up a good environment and I kinda feel bad for the employees. 🙁

Guy at the drive thru window was rude. This was my second visit in 3 days. The young lady that helped me on Monday was super nice but this guy was the not so much. He turned his head and just stuck the card reader out the window. I could barely see what I was doing. Same when he handed me my order. He was too busy chatting with his coworkers.

Customer service is good and the line is usually quick but I always have trouble with them actually filling up my drinks. If I wanted a small coffee I would have ordered a small one. So basically I payed for a medium cup and a small coffee. This happens regularly so if you want to actually pay for $6 worth of coffee and get that much coffee, make sure you avoid this location.
